hi i dont know how i got to this website. i was trying to search the origin of my last name. My name is stephanie kohlsdorf. i live in ohio USA if this helps anyone looking for information.

Patrick Jones and Nora Kelleher

Hello,
For a while now, I have been researching my Jones family line. My great great grandfather on my father's side was Patrick jones. He married Nora Kelleher in Ireland. They immigrated to America in 1885 and had 9 children. My grandfather, John Jones, was born in May 1891 while his older sister, Nora, was born in April 1889. Could this be a connection? I look forward to hearing from you. Patrick Jones was the Superintendent for School Supplies for the Board of Education in New York City.

Gottfried Kohlsdorf. The first name may not be
accurate. The only facts that I have is that he
he lived in New York City around 1929 and had
a daughter named Anna who was born between
1880 and 1910.

She was reportedly born in Pennsylvania.
