I'm looking for Impi Maria Koivisto(maiden name) and her possible descendants in USA. She was born 18 March 1892 in Laihia,Vaasa, Finland. Her father was Matts(Matti) Koivisto born 22 March 1868 in Teuva, Vaasa, Finland and Matti died 24 April 1894 in USA accidentally, but I don't know where in USA. Matti has gone alone to USA probably in July 1893. I dont' know when Impi Maria has left Finland for USA, but in the Laihia parish register it has been written she has gone to USA. Impi Maria's mother was Susanna Lonn and she was born 6 July 1866 in Laihia, Vaasa, Finland.Impi's mother has not gone to USA with her. Matti Koivisto was my grandfather Erland Koivisto's brother in other words my mother's uncle. Matti's one brother Alexander Koivisto has lived in Minnesota close to Duluth.
