      <description>This is the grave marker of my mother.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I just started getting into learning about our names.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I have found that her Grandfather, name Michiel Kolos - pronounced Michael, came from Poland.  His wife's name was Anne, I do not have her maiden name.  They settled in the Detroit, MI area.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;They had 3 children, one of who would be my Grandfather.  His name was also Michael and he married a Stolaruk from Russia.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There are many Kolos' in the Detroit, MI area.</description>
