Koniks who lived in Czestochowa, Poland

Surnames: Konik, Mauiza
My grandmother came from a family of 13 children. She was the youngest one, born in 1893. They lived in Czestochowa, Poland. Her fathers name was Martin Konik and her mother was Mary (Mauiza). Does anyone have any information on this family? I know she kept in touch with relatives still in Poland while she was alive. She came to the states in 1912.
