Surnames: Koontz, Cooper, French
Looking for information on a man by the name of E. Koontz (spelling uncertain). I have a bit of information on this Mr. Koontz, who is mentioned in my g-g-grandfather's journal (David Cooper), soon to be published. They went west on the Parker H. French wagon train to the California Gold Rush (1850). I would like to find out more about this Mr. Koontz if he can be identified.
