I just wanted to post an update. Paul Andrew Kornechuk jr. who has recently posted on this site, and I are second cousins. My Grandfather, Andrew John Kornechuk, and his father were brothers. Paul has given me information regarding our family. As Paul mentioned..our family came here in 1908. There were several brothers that arrived..can anyone offer any information regarding any Kornechuks arriving in the Boston Area from Minsk in/or around 1908?
Andrew John Kornechuk (born 1919- died 1986) had a son named John Andrew Kornechuk, and a daughter named Andrea Joan Kornechuk.
