Margaret M. Kraus
Margaret M. Kraus passed away on April 1, 2009.
She was born in Erie, Pa. on December 25, 1936. She was proceeded in death by her husband William and son Richard Kraus,
her parents Alfred C. and Clara Hodas, Sister Cynthia Henry and brother Alfred Hodas, Jr. She is survived by her son, Tim Kraus, Daughter Heidi (Lonnie) Wood, Gretchen Dubendorf; grandchildren Taylor Wood,
Kory and Keegan Dubendorf, all of Alaska;
her sisters, Carol (Jim) Persons, Eileen Hodas, of Fla., Nancy Harvey, Ann (Clif) Craft, Cheryl (John) Ruberio; brothers Michael Hodas, Frank (Diane) Hodas, John (Alice) Hodas;
sisters-in-law Sally (Edward) Harmle, Mary (Gene) Garland, Doris Kraus; brothers-in-law Richard (Allene) Kraus, Donald (May) Kraus, Robert (Ruth) Kraus.
Many nieces and nephews and friends.
Marge was a sincere and loving person and touched the lives of many people with her warmth and humor. She will be sadly missed by all. Marge was a resident of Alaska for 38 years. A Memorial Mass will be held on April 18, 2009 at 11 a.m at St. John the Bapist Roman Catholic Church 504 East 26th Street, Erie, PA 16504. Arrangements are being handled by Peninsula Memorial Chapel in Soldotna, Alaksa. Erie Times-News on 4/12/2009,
