MUSCATINE, Iowa - Lorraine Eva Krise, 76, of 419 Evans St. Muscatine, died Thursday Nov. 21, 2002 at Unity Hospital in Muscatine.

Services are 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Todd Hunter, Joe Gaeta and Harry Peak. The Rev. Sharon Phillips of the Jesus Mission will officiate. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home.

Mrs. Krise was born Feb. 15, 1926, in Muscatine, the daughter of Albert and Jennie Holliday Reynolds. She married Perry L. Krise July 5, 1942, in Kahoka, Mo.

During WWII, she was employed by Automatic Button Co.

Survivors include three sons Buddy L. Krise, Sr. and his wife Susan, Perry L. Krise, Jr. and Albert L. Krise, all of Muscatine; three grandchildren, Tina Steahr, Buddy L. Krise, Jr., and Tracy Krise; seven great grandchildren; two brothers, Arthur Gene Reynolds, Sr. of Columbus Junction and Cecil R. Reynolds of Muscatine; one sister BettyJane Terry of Muscatine.

Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1976; two brothers Edward Reynolds and Albert Reynolds; and one great grandson, Michael Krise.

Latricia Bell Krise, 36, Wapello, died Monday, Aug. 14, 2006, at Unity Hospital.

The Rev. Sharon Phillips will officiate. Casket bearers are Buddy Krise Sr., Andrew Campbell, David Harvey, Donald Harvey, Murry Parman, Jonathon Mack and Victor Castell. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Krise was born Feb. 18, 1970, in Iowa City, the daughter of Michael and Shirley Adams Howard. She married Buddy Krise Jr. on Feb. 21, 2006, in Swainsboro, Ga.

She enjoyed staying home and raising her children and playing bingo.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Andrew Campbell of Muscatine; two daughters, Alicia and Melissa Krise, both of Swainsboro; her mother, Shirley Haskins of Swainsboro; her father, Michael Howard of Muscatine; a sister, Vonda Bowling and husband Terry of Perry, Ga.; half-brother, William Haskins III of Macon, Ga.; and several stepbrothers and sisters.

She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Leroy Krise; her grandfather; a stepbrother, Scott Haskins; and a stepsister, Gidget Haskins.

GORIN, Mo. — Shane E. “Melvin” Krise, 54, of Gorin, formerly of Muscatine, passed away Monday, Feb. 11, 2008, at the University Hospitals and Clinics in Columbia, Mo.

Casketbearers will be Ryan Miller, Ricky Miller, R.T. Lethcoe, Kody King, Dustin Elder, LeRoy King, Danny Moore, Andrew King, Sandra Shannon and Tim Pierce.

Honorary casketbearers will be John Bryant, Kyle Henricksen, Alex Stewart, Mickey Krise, Buddy Krise, Danny Krise and Jake Fisher.

Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery, with full military rites provided by the combined units of VFW Post 1565 and American Legion Post 27.

Following the interment, a time of food and fellowship will be at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Community Room.

Mr. Krise was born June 4, 1953, in Muscatine, the son of Daniel M. and Gladys (Lanfier) Krise.

He married Debra Janette Bird on Sept. 10, 1971, in Washington State. They later divorced.

He married Gale Coppinger on Sept. 11, 2001, in Scotland County, Mo.

He served his country in the U.S. Army and retired after 22 years of service.

He was a member of the VFW in Scotland County and enjoyed fishing, hunting, teasing his father and collecting various items, particularly coins. Most of all, he dearly loved to spend time with his family.

He will be deeply missed by his wife; seven children, Shawna Laymon and husband, Rocky J., of Gorin, Shannon Adams of Wyaconda, Mo., Sharra Krise of Muscatine, Shane E. Krise Jr. and wife, Jonnette Ott, of Wyaconda, Mo., Shiloh Krise of Gorin, Shaina Ward of Muscatine and Chris Koopmann of Gorin; 12 grandchildren; his parents; and eight siblings, Penny Yordt and husband, Donny, of Muscatine, Candy Bass and husband, Boot, of Gorin, Ginger Krise and special friend, Jay, of Muscatine, Danny Krise and wife, Mary, of Muscatine, Buddy Krise and wife, Leah, of Muscatine, Rosie Krise and special friend, Sandy, of Gorin and Mickey Krise of Muscatine.

He was preceded in death by an aunt, Rosetta Lanfier.

MUSCATINE, Iowa -- Perry L. Krise Jr., 56, of Muscatine, died Friday, Sept. 17, 2004, at his home.

Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21, at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. Rev. Sharon Phillips will officiate. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Following the interment, a time of food and fellowship will be held at the Community Room at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home.

Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 20, at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home.

Mr. Krise was born on Nov. 5, 1947, in Muscatine, the son of Perry L., Sr. and Lorraine E. Reynolds Krise.

Perry was a life-long resident of the Muscatine area and a member of the Mulford Evangelical Church. He was a nurse's aide at the Bellevue Hospital and Nursing Home and janitorial services for several local businesses in Muscatine. Perry enjoyed his many hobbies, genealogy, collecting coins, the gambling boats, but most of all, he enjoyed spoiling his nieces and nephews. He was a very charitable person.

He will be deeply missed by his two brothers, Buddy L. Krise, Sr. and his wife, Susan and Albert L. Krise all of Muscatine; nieces, Tina Steahr and her husband, Brad, Tracy Krise all of Muscatine; nephew, Buddy Krise, Jr. and his wife, Latricia of Swainsboro, Georgia; and several great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
