That particular record is for a baptism in Bergen, Norway on 18 Jun 1769.
I would assume that Mons Krog was the skipper of a ship.
The abbreviation "NK" would seem to indicate that the baptism happened in the Nykirken (New Church) congregation in that city. The LDS library catalog indicates that the records for that church have been duplicated and are available for the period 1668-1942.
