Sarah B. Krolak, of Natick, MA, died Feb 9, 2003 in Natick, MA. Formerly of La Salle, IL. Funeral Mass will be Sat in St. Valentine Church Peru with visitation in Ptak Funeral Home in Peru, IL on Friday.
She is surviced by two sons Dr. Patrick (Rita) Krolak of Dover, MA, and Dr. James (Ann) Krolak of Everett, WA. One sister, five grandchildren and on great-grandchild. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Needy Childrens Fund, Care of Joan Forney, School of the Deaf 125 Webster Ave. Jacksonville, IL 62650
