Hi, we are looking for information on the Kroll, Schaefer, and Zanto families from central Wisconsin. My g-g grandfather was Johann (John) Daniel Kroll b. 1844, who died in Portage Co. Wisconsin 1925 and was married to Wilhelmine Schaefer who was apparently also from Kolmar, Posen, Prussia and they immigrated in 1870. From some information I have, I believe Johann (John) was the son of Johann Kroll and Anna Loise Zanto. I have no information on Wilhelmine and would appreciate any information you can share as we are trying to learn more about the family.
