When Paul Richard left Arkansas, he went to Oklahoma and met another Mary whom he married and had 2 sons. The youngest is my great grandfather Miller Finley Krone. Miller's oldest son is my mother's father, Finley Miller Krone.

I saw your message here. Wilhelm Rohne's wife was named Maria Sophia Walters, not Minnie Krone. She and Wilhelm had a dairy on Hartz Ave in St. Louis. He supposedly died in his 30's being kicked by a cow.

Ina Congdon married Gilbert F. Krone, son of Charles and Anne M. (Lyon) Krone. Ina and Gilbert had daughters Lillian and Anne. Ina died in 1972 and Gilbert in 1992, they had lived in Syracuse from 1926-1972. Does any of this sound familiar?
I am the grandson of Anne Lyon's sister.

Steve, I have a passenger list with a Gerhard Krone age 48 and a Margaret Krone age 28 that arrived at the Port on New Orleans, Louisiana on Nov 26, 1845. Listed with them are a Diedrich Scheper age 51 and a Margaret Scheper age 55 with their family. They were listed as being from Oldenburg. The ship, Lyons of Hallowell was from Bremen, Germany. Some of the family were later listed as being from Baden-Baden. Later a Anthony Miller married Catherine Scheper (Schafer). Does any of this match with your information?

He found cities, church records and other information to link back to Christian Krone born ABT 1776 in Berlin. The more interesting note is inscribed on the front.
