Preceded in death by parents, Sophie & Michael Kubik; the first Sister Gregory (Mary), Wanda Vlock, Frances Bock; brothers John, Edward and Frank.

Survived by sister Sophie Johnson; brother Stanley Kubik and other relatives. She entered the sisters from All Saints Parish in Mpls. Burial was in Sylvania, OH.
