Doris Kuhar
Doris Kuhar, 79, of Erie passed away Saturday, January 24, 2009, at St. Mary’s Home of Erie, East. Born in Erie on January 4, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Gariloff Petroff.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Michael D. Kuhar; three children, Deborah Barney of New Mexico
and Denise Sobrowski, husband Jerry,
and Michael P. Kuhar, wife Anne, all of Erie;
three grand children, Michael P. Kuhar, Jr. and Melissa and Angela Kuhar;
and a sister, Peg Cartwright, of California.
There will be no visitation.
Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Luke Catholic Church on Monday at 10 a.m. Private burial at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to VNA Hospice, 2253 W. Grandview Blvd., Erie, PA 16506 or St. Mary’s Home of Erie, 607 E. 26th St., Erie, PA 16504. A.
