My father was William Andrew Kaufer. He was born near Philadelphia, Pa in 1900. His parents came from either Austria or Hungary (or that part of Europe) just before he was born. The family name was Kupsky(sp?) in Europe. His mother's name was Mary. He had 2 brothers. He passed away in 1978 near Albion Pa. I don't have much more info.
Any help or suggestions for research directions would be greatly appreciated.
