Looking for relatives of George Kushner of Charlestown West VA

Surnames: Kushner Drotos
My Grandfather (Joseph Drotos) had a step (or half) brother named George Kushner and it shows him living in West Virginia when my grandfather died in 1968. I can find military and death records on him, but would I'd like to get in touch with any family memembers or anyone who could point them to me.
