I am looking for my great grandparents. My great grandfather was Charles Laferriere and my great grandmother was Almina Ladeau. They were both from canada, I think the Montreal area. My grandfather's, Frederick Laferriere, birth certificate list his mother as Olivia Ladro and I also have a family record that list her as Almina Ledeau. Charles was born about 1853 and Almina was born about 1855. Charles immigrated to the U.S. in 1870 and Almina immigrated to the U.S. in 1872. My great grandparents had the following children: Durilla A. born about 1887, Henry J. born about 1889, Frederick G. born about 1892, and Lillian L. born about 1897. My grandfather, Frederick was born at westford, Massachusetts. During the 1910 census, my Laferriere relatives were residing in Leomin ster, Massachusetts. This is all that I know of my grandfather's family. I would like to know if anybody out there might know who Charles Laferriere's and Almina's parents could be.
