What do you know about this Catherine Houray? Have you found any document/record that gives date of birth - death -parents - prior spouse?

I found some more info on the PRDH site concerning Catherine Aure Grandmont. She was the daughter of Rene Aure Grandmont and Denise Damanee who had married in 1665. Rene and Denise had 8 children: Marie Therese who married Pierre Cailla on 1690-01-30, Catherine who married Jean B. Beaugrand on 1717-02-01, Denise Marie Jeanne who married Rene Couillard on 1690-01-31, Jean who married Marie Anne Duteau on 1705-11-24, Pierre who married Etiennette Marie Dubord Fontaine on 1701-11-03, Marie Jeanne who married Dominique Dubord Fontaine on 1710-04-28, Alexis who married Marie Madeleine Duteau on 1713-02-27 and Marie who married Jean B. Dubord Fontaine on 1709-02-11.

Catherine Aure and Jean Beaugrand had only one child, Marie Therese born 1719-05-16 and buried 1719-06-25. Jean died 1730-09-23.Catherine probably died before him because she was not present at the marriage of Antoine Beaugrand (son of Jean and his first wife Francoise Guignard) on 1726-04-29. I don't know the exact date of her death neither her birth date.

2. Marie therese b. 1670 married Pierre Cailla b. 1664 d. 9-14-1744 on 1-31-1690 and had 12 children

3. Pierre b. 1672 d. 12-1-1762 married Etiennette Marie Dubord dit Lafontaine b. 1676 d. 6-1-1768 and had 9 children

4. Denise Marie Jeanne b. 1673 d. 4-21-1699 married Rene Couillard on 1-31-1690

5. Jean Baptiste b. 1677 d. 6-19-1746 married Marie Anne Duteau b. 1675 on 11-21-1705 and had 1 child, he went on to marry a second time to Marie Renee Lefebvre b. 7-10-1700 on 7-18-1728 and had 2 more children

6. Joseph b. 10-24-1680 d. 12-24-1741

7. Alexis b. 3-25-1685 married Marie Madeleine Duteau on 2-27-1713

8. Marie Jeanne b. 8-13-1688 d. 4-16-1761 married Jean Baptiste Latourelle dit Dubord b 11-3-1683 on 2-11-1708 and had 9 children

Catherine Aurez-Laferriere is in my wife's background.
She married Edouard Laferriere in 1832 in Berthierville.

Catherine his the daughter of René Houray and Denise Damané (both bonr in France). She his present on census of 1681 at Champlain with part of her family. She has 6 years. Civil records of Champlain parish before 1680 are lost. She married Jean Beaugrand Champagne Feb. 1, 1717 à Île-Dupas. She was 42 years old. I found no child form this union. Her name is cited in and contract of Puypéroux de Lafosse, dated du Jan. 04. 1747. After that, I found no trace.
