Edward and William LaFountain their father Arthur from Canada

Looking for information on Arthur LaFountain and his ancestors. Arthur's wife was Cuneula last name unknown may have been Indian. They are listed on Edward's death records as having been born in MA, but on a census he states he was born in Canada. There was probably more children, William and Edward were born in NY and came to MI with their wives, Nancy Johnson (Ed's) and MaryJane (Wm), No last name for Mary Jane.
Would appreciate any info on Arthur and his ancestors would be greatly appreciated. Do have info on Edward and William's descendents.
