      <description>i am looking for any information on the family of james lafoy that was born in france in 1757 and died in washington county alabama in 1839. i know that he fought in the revolutionary war. on his pension application he states that he came to the united states with his father and a brother but he doesn't list a name for them. his early years were in north carolina. in abt 1791 moved to s.c. in abt 1803 he moved to ga. abt 1812 he moved to wash.co. miss territory then to alabama. i know that his daughter elizabeth married john turner moseley. i would appreciate any information on this family. thank you, diane&lt;br&gt;or you can contact me directly at &lt;a href="mailto://waiteconnection@yahoo.com"&gt;waiteconnection@yahoo.com&lt;/a&gt;</description>
