John is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Union, NY at age 66 on 9/18/1798. His wife Elizabeth (Mersereau) b Staten Island lies beside him dying 7/19/1816 age 74. Would like to know who John's parents were.He was in the American Revolution and was a patriot. They moved to the Broome/Tioga County area from NJ after the Revolution.
