Surnames: Lagrange Legrange
My ggg-grandfather was John LaGrange (Legrange), b. abt. 1809 in Kentucky. He and his family lived in Gibson County Indiana. He shows up in 1850. There are a bunch of Legranges in Gibson County, and I believe they're brothers: Aaron (b. 1801), William (b. 1810), Richard (b. 1813).
Can someone confirm this? Also, I'm trying to find John's parents. I find Legranges in Kentucky in the early 1800s, but they ended up in Johnson county Indiana, not Gibson.
