Looking for info on my paternal gr-grandmother,
Jessie J. La Mar. She was born in France & married Carl Mack (also b. in France). Both were probably born in the 1880-1885 range. Don't know if they married in the US or France but my grandmom, Joy Evelyn Mack (their dtr.), was born abt. 1906 in Oregon (town unk.). I don't know the names of any other children.

Joy married my granddad, Joseph William Wasson, in 1925 in San Diego, CA. It's possible Jessie & Carl moved to CA w/their dtr., or stayed in Oregon, or moved to another state.
I just don't know.

I obtained this info from Joy & Joseph's marriage certificate so it should be correct; however, my grandparents divorced when my dad, an only child, was very young and Dad lost touch with Joy, his mom, so we have no other information.
