From the Mobile, Alabama Newspaper
Sunday, Sept. 24, 1933
"R.A. Lambert , 1654 Center Street, in whose hair time has woven silver, observed his 90th birthday yesterday in the best of health.
"Mr. Lambert, who came to Mobile in 1882, and has lived here ever since, is a well-known Confederate veteran and commander of Raphael Semmes camp. He had entered the Confederate army at age 15cm HALF and served until the surrender."
Not my line, just sharing.
