Alexander C Lambeth
B May 1930 Kentucky (per 1900 Census).
Alexander (Often listed as "A. C.") appears in Denver from 1885, until at least 1910. (State and Federal Census, plus Denver City directories.)
In 1880, he's living in Pettis County Missouri. I can find no trace of him before this time.
His wife's name was Elizabeth (maybe "Lizzie"), surname unknown. The 1900 Census lists a Grandson "Claude C. Lambeth". There is a "James A Lambeth" (1837 Missouri - 1898 Denver) listed as Alexander's son. James seems the most likley candidate for Claude's father ... but I can't prove it.
Claude is my great-grandfather, so I have a great deal more information on with
If anyone can help with this major road block is my research, I'd be grateful. I like to find Alexander's ancestor, and perhaps show what the connection is between Alexander and Claude.
This branch doesn't seem to be in the Lambeth/Lambert book at all ...
