I would very much like to hear from any Lamont and/or Hulley family researchers. I am a descendant of William Hulley (second marriage). William originally came to Montreal in the early 1900's with wife Sarah Adelaide (Addie) Hulley (nee Muggleston) and children Blanche, William, Beatrice, Elizabeth Alice and Albert. Their daughter Adeleine Hulley remained behind in Scotland and later married Thomas Fleming Lamont in Glasgow in November 1908. Thomas was the son of Alexander Lamont and Margaret Fleming.

I am hoping to find information about Adeleine Hulley's father, William Hulley, also known as George William Hulley. I know in 1901 he was working as a draper in Glasgow. I recently found some contradictory information and I was wondering if anyone researching the Lamont/Hulley lines could tell me anything about him. Any information would be helpful. Thanks. Diane
