      <description>Hey there, &lt;br&gt;My Mother is a Lampros!  Her grandfather, John Anastacios, moved from Isary, Greece, to Utica, NY, in 1902.  I have his obituary attached.  I hope this helps!  I am new to ancestry, and I am not sure if I am willing to pay for it yet, however, I would love to share information.</description>

B 7-- (Burial posted at Findagrave.com).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;"LAMPROS, ARCHIE GUS&lt;br&gt;Of Washington, D.C., age 87, died at Sibley Memorial Hospital on December 26, 2005 after suffering a massive stroke. He was born in Frangista, Greece on September 1, 1918. In 1945, after graduating from the Law School at the Universitiy of Athens, he came to the United States and attended the University of Tennessee, graduating with a degree in Political Science. He then moved to the Washington area and was a real estate broker for 35 years.&lt;br&gt;He was preceded in death by two brothers, John and George. He is survived by a beloved sister, Lula L. Karas; a sister-in-law, Nitsa Lampros; nephews, Kosta and Nick Lampros; two nieces, Martha K. Georgelas (Tim), Jeannie K. Francis (Bill) and several grandnieces and grandnephews.&lt;br&gt;Viewing will be held at JOSEPH GAWLER'S SONS, 5130 Wisconsin Ave., Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, December 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 36th St. and Massachusetts Ave., N.W.       <description>I am trying to trace our family roots. I am looking for any relations to John A. Lampros DOB- September 25, 1891 in or around Athens Greece; DOD-December 22, 1970 in Toledo, Ohio. He had a brother Louis who resided in California and a sister Olga in Greece. His mothers name was Kathryn and father John Sr. Louis had two daughters. One who lived in Nevada and one is believed to now or recently live in Kentucky. If you have any additional info, please contact me.</description>
