Classification: Query
Surnames: Lancashire, Larcashire, Lircashire, Harrison
On the assumption that my LARCASHIRE/LIRCASHIRE ancestor could be a mistranscription of LANCASHIRE, I would like to know if anyone is familiar with Richard and Rachael (BRADFORD) LANCASHIRE?
They had a daughter named Charlotte who was born about 1813 in LANCASHIRE co. She married James HARRISON, born about 1811. Charlotte & James, with children Thomas, Ellen, Sarah and Nancy, left for the US in 1850 from Liverpool.
I believe they are in the 1841 census for Bede St., St. Martin, Liverpool, LANCASHIRE.
Thanks.
Jo
