Matilda Lancaster who married Nathan Howard and was the mother of Charlotte Bell Howard

Surnames: Lancaster, Smith, Howard
I'm looking for any information on her ancestors.
I've found 2 Matilda Lancasters (I think) living in the same area at about the same time. One I can follow down through descendants, the other has ancestors, but the wrong husband (Charlotte Bell Lancaster, her parents are Zacheriah Lancaster and Elizabeth Smith). It would be nice to connect them, in that I bet they were related (if not the same person who remarried or something).
