Have you done any searching at the Fulton County, PA court house? I have a high school classmate who lives in Fulton County and I'm going to contact her about a possible researcher there.

If that fails, I'll drive "over" there. I grew up in Franklin County and we always called Fulton County "over the mountain" which it is.
