Looking for Patricia Jean Lane born 1935-1937 in MO

I am looking for a Patricia Jean Lane who was born in MO in 1935-1937, and gave birth at 25 yrs old to Richard Alan Bell on 3/11/1961 in Geauga Community Hospital in N.E. Ohio. I was adopted through Lake County Welfare Dept. and my name has changed. My original birth cert also says she had 4 previous children. My birth father's name is listed as Ford Bell (28 at time of birth - drywall construction). I have contacted the father who denies marriage and responsibility, but acknowledges aquaintance with "Patty".
