Oscar Lang, WV and Ohio

Surnames: Bailey, Buffington, Conway, Bumgardner, Davis, Dillon, Fox, Hayes, Hymes, Lang, Marks, Moore, Reed, Richie, Ritchie, Russell, Sayres, Sears, Trimble, Wirth,(Worth), Whitehair all spellings, and Zinn
HI, i was wondering if anybody could help me. I am looking for Oscar Lang, who married my great great aunt Grace Russell. I have a good bit of info on them except to who his parents where. In the census info that I got it says that Oscar was born in Ohio. Uncle Oscar and Aunt Grace, lived in Rosemont, Harrison County, West Virginia. I believe his mothers name might have been Cora Lang, but I am not sure.
