I am searching for any information on August Lange and Maria (nee Bruns)Lange. They immigrated from Germany (Prussia) in the mid 1800's, settling in Baltimore, Maryland. August worked as a blacksmith in Baltimore. I know they had at least 4 surviving children. Three daughters and a son. The daughters names were Augusta Elizabeth (she married Frederick Joseph Hammond in 1882), Matilda, and Marie Christine. The son's name was August Sutton. He never married He served in the US Army during the Spanish American War and the Philipine Insurrection with the 17th US Infantry, Co. C., and died in Georgia, USA.
