Mrs. Lansdown died Sunday, February 26, 2006 in Manassas, VA. Born to the late Maurice and Lucille Jackson on February 25, 1923 in Haymarket, VA, she was predeceased by her husband, Eno Lansdown; a sister, a brother, and a brother-in-law.
She is survived by eight children: Milton, Joseph, Harold, Carl, and Michael Lansdown, Shirley M. McCoy, Theresa Tinner, and Patricia M. Wilkins; three daughters-in-law; two sons-in-law; three sister, two brothers, two sisters-in-law; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services today, Saturday, March 4, 2006 at Second Baptist Church in Falls Church, VA, with the Rev. Samuel Barnhart officiating. Interment at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, VA. Funeral arrangements by Ames Funeral Home in Manassas, VA.
