Looking for information on Nelson Lapan b. abt 1885 or 1886 (cenus) son of Lawrence Lapan & Josephine D. Mongean. Trying to find correct DOB & wife’s info if any. I think Nelson may have been born 7/13/1884 in St.Albans, VT and his wife may have been Agnes Brow B. 1886 Canada daughter of Victor Brow b 1857 Canad. and Philomen ??? B. 1862 Canada
