My g-grandfather was Peter LaRose b.1841 d.1909 in Kincardine, Ontario. He married Mary Eleanor Finn from Huron County. I have been told that he was born in Quebec, Can. and that his father's name might have been Peter (Pierre) as well married to a Honor? Harkin. There may also have been a brother Fred? I have been unable to find any info on this La Rose line and any help would be greatly apprciated. Also my grandfather's name was Robert Luke La Rose married to Jean Campbell. They resided in Kincardine until the time of their passing.
