Larsson brothers

I'm trying to find all the immigrants from my own little village in Sweden named Nordannälden. It's about 145 people living there right now, and about a third of the households had familymembers that left for Amerika. Now I'm trying to find two brothers; Nils Larsson born 16 sep 1870 and Erik Larsson born 4 march 1873. I don't know if they went to USA or Canada, but I start here and see how it turns out.
Nils left Sweden in May 1892 and Erik in May 1893.
Their parents's names were Lars Ifvarsson and Magdalena Andersdotter.
It is also possible that they at some point stayed in McIntosh, Minnesota, since four other people from the same village, four as I know so far, lived there around 1900. But, just as many of them went to Canada and then to USA so I thought I'd start here.

Please help!
/Erika Öhnstedt, Nordannälden, Sweden

I'm looking for my ancestor Lars Larsson born 1803 in Hol, Vastegotland, Sweden.
He married Johanna Andersdotter Ekstrom born 1803 in Nor, Varmalnd, Sweden.
They and their daughter Lotta born 1841 in Siene, Vastegotland, Sweden emigrated in 1863.
I've found them in Census 1870 in Benson, Chippewa ct, Minnesota. They are not there in Census 1880. Maybe Johanna and Lars died in the 70's and Lotta married and got another surname.

There was also the son Sven Larsson born in 1837 in Hol, Vastergotland, Sweden. He emigrated in 1862 but I can't find him in Census 1870.

Any help to find out what happened to them will be very appreciated.
Per LARSSON KRAFT, Sweden>USA 1869

I am looking for descendants of Per LARSSON KRAFT, who was born in Alfta parish, Hälsingland (Gävleborg), Sweden 22 July 1842. LARSSON was his patronymic name and KRAFT was his military name. He married Brita OLSDOTTER 21 May 1865, also in Alfta. She was born in Naset, Alfta, Hälsingland (Gävleborg), Sweden 22 Nov 1845. Together they had three children by the time them emigrated to America in 1869. They were as follows:

Sara, born 17 Feb 1866
Brita, born 27 June 1867
Marta, born 9 Oct 1868

In America, Per most likely took the name Peter and his surname was most likely KRAFT, CRAFT or LARSON. His wife most likely took her husband's surname and may have changed her first name to Betsy. The daughter, Marta, may have used the more American sounding, Martha.

I have extensive genealogy on this family in Sweden. If you have information on this family, please contact me by posting a reply or clicking on my name above and contacting me directly.

I have a picture that was taken in the 70's of Valle and Sven Inge holding an infant I am thinking the infant is Sven's son, he would be in his 30's now.
Henning was sappose to have been a merchans seaman, and I'm not sure if he had any children.
I have a paper from the school mentioned above that has the phrase at the botton :

Godkännes
Jonas Larsson
Ledamot
I figured out that Godkännes means approved, but that means "member" and do not know what men\mber could mean, is that his father ?
Any help in locating Sven Inge or history of my family would be appreciated

Trying to find any connections to Christina Sophia Ahlqvist b.1878 in London England m.1896 in London to Jons Larsson. She may have been known as Kitty. They had children. 4 that i know of were :
Laurence b. 1896 London England.
Rose Cornelia b.1899 London England.
Elna Christina b.1904 London England.
Peter Grundtvig b.1909 London England.
Christina and Jons/John went to Australia and settled i think in the Melbourne area. I'm not sure when though.
Elna married someone called Moundy/Mundy/Munday i think.
Both Christina and Elna were in contact by post with my grt.aunt Florence Smith(Florrie). Florence was Christinas Cousin and lived in London England. I think Christina died in 1950 in Mitcham, Laurence in 1952 in Belgrave and Peter 1980 in Blackburn. I would welcome contact from anyone with these connections and have quite a lot of family data to compare.
Angela Smith

Larson/Palmquist siblings - Sven August, Nils Johan, Anna Lovisa

I am related to Anna Lovisa Palmquist (birth surname was Larson but changed in America) born 12-2-1832 in Hvena, Kalmar, Smaland, Gotaland, Sweden who married Olof August Olson (birth surname was Birgerson but changed in America) from Christdala, Sweden around 1870/1871 in Kansas. Their children were Hilda Elizabeth and Henry Nathaniel. They lived in Lindsborg, McPherson County, Kansas. All are buried at Elmwood Cemetery.

Nils Johan Palmquist born 3-25-1825 in Sweden was Anna's brother and later lived with Anna in Kansas after his wife Brita Andersdotter died. Nils was a farmer. I only know of a son named Charley/Charles/Carl August. They lived in McPherson County, Kansas. All are buried at Elmwood Cemetery.

Sven August Palmquist born approximately 1821/1822 in Sweden married an Ann Sophia Unknown (b.1827/28). Sven was a tailor. Children included Emma (b.1849/50), Augusta M. (b.1851/52), Sven Johan Edward (b.1855/56), Almond (b.1858/59), Ida C. (b.1864/65) and William Nathanael (b.1867/68). Almond, Ida, and William were born in Illinois. This family was in Richland Grove (now called Cable), Mercer County, Illinois during the 1860 US Federal Census. In 1870, they were in Sharps Creek, McPherson County, Kansas and Sven's wife is not listed. In 1880, they were in Union, McPherson County, Kansas and Sven is re-married to a Lisa.

I am trying to find the parents of Anna, Nils and Sven. I am guessing father's name was Lars since they originally went by Larson instead of Palmquist. On Anna's death certificate it states that her mother's name was Lovisa.

Any information or assistance is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Linda
Jonas LARSSON WALLBERG, Sweden>US 1869

I am looking for descendants of Jonas LARSSON WALLBERG, who was born in Alfta parish, Hälsingland (Gävleborg), Sweden 12 June 1836. LARSSON was his patronymic name and WALLBERG was his military name. He married Brita PERSDOTTER, also in Alfta. She was born also born in Sweden 18 December 1830. Together they had five children by the time them emigrated to America in 1869. They were as follows:

1) Pehr (probably Peter in America), born 15 Sep 1857
2) Anna, born 19 Jan 1860
3) Brita (may have used the name Betsy in America), born 7 Nov 1861
4) Jonas (or possibly John in America), born 15 April 1864
5) Sara, born 31 Dec 1866

Jonas may have taken his patronymic name, LARSSON, or changed it to LARSON in the U.S. He may also have used his Swedish soldier name, WALLBERG. It is even possible he changed his first name, Jonas, to John. His wife most likely took her husband's chosen surname and may have used the first name, Betsy, instead of Brita.

I have extensive genealogy on this family in Sweden. If you have information on this family, please contact me by posting a reply or clicking on my name above and contacting me directly.
