I'm looking for information on Jean Jaques LeValle americanized to John J Levalley. He came to America in June14,1777 landing in North Carolina on this date with General Lafayette and later married a Elizabeth Smith a nice to Captain John Smith. I know he died about 1829-1839 in Knightstown Indiana. But when I enter his name in any computer it comes up with John Jean Lavalla born in or about 1794 and this can't be unless he is a father to this John Jean. I'm at a lost. can you help me. I do know what I have is correct because I have documents to prove it but doesn't give his birth in france or the date of the marriage.I would be happy to share infromation with any one.
