Just started researching my family. My Grandmother was Elizabeth (aka Elise, Elisa, Betty) Mary LaValley b. 28 Aug 1903 in Mooers, NY. Her parents were Alexander LaValley Celia Giroux. Elizabeth LaValley married Leo LaFontaine. This marriage produced 3 children; 2 died in infancy, the other was my father, Maxime Leo LaFontaine.
