my father, William Edgar (Eddie) Laxson - 1909 in TX - 1997 in OK m Pearl B Ince 1931; his siblings, Margaret 1910 in TX -1987 in TX (no children), O Lynn abt 1916 (1 boy, 1 girl inCA) . Grandfather: William M. (Mike) Laxson - 1870 in TX - 1948, m Evelyn Etta Abernathy; his siblings unkn; may include Hatton, John and Nath.. Gr-grandfather William Michael b Dec 1838 in MO m Margaret (?). H is mother was named Elizabeth b abt 1806 in SC, listed on 1860 Texas Census in Bell Co. no husband listed, but believe his name was William also (very confusing!!) Some of my gr-grandfather's siblings were John b abt 1825 in TN; James abt 1830 ; Thomas 1836; Margaret 1838(?); George W. 1842. All except John born in MO Possibly Jasper Co, Sometime the name was spelled Laxton or Laxon. Enen if this does not connect, I would still like to hear from you. Gayle
