LAZIER IN MARYLAND 1850

I have recently identified a great great grandmother as Maggie Lazier. Her confederate widow's pension application says that she was born in Flintstone, Pennsylvania. Flintstone appears to be just south of the Pennsylvania border in the panhandle of Maryland. In fact, it is a very short distance to West Virginia on the south. There is a Margaret Lazier, 4 years old, on the 1850 Maryland census that I believe to be her. Her parents show as John and Kascate (?) Lazier. Her siblings are Thomas, Jane, Ann, Patience, Elizabeth, and William (?)

Maggie married William Brown somewhere in Missouri before 1874 and they moved to Texas in 1880. He died in 1881 and she married Jim McKelvey. When he died, she married Silas Fletcher. Maggie died in Coryell County, Texas in 1924.

I would like to know more about this family, both before and after 1850.
