I am researching my tree.
My name is Leamon, born Southampton UK
Have traced back to my g.g.g.grandad George who married esther in 1815.I have no d.o.b for him or place of birth.
But all their children ,including John my g.g.grandad,were christened in Epsom Surrey.
I am in contact with some Australian Leamons who are from Devon, and i am convinced there is a connection with devon, although i have yet to find a definate link.
