Thomas Leaman from Colebrooke, Devonshire, England came to the State in the early 1860's. Settle in Michigan. What my interest is to trace the family in England. His father name was John Layman or Leaman & his mother was Sarah Westlake. Both were born prior to 1800. A brother George and a sister came to the states after Thomas.
