I am having trouble locating who the Parents are of Fanny Lackey
that married Samuel Turner in Burke Co. NC in 1828

She is said to be the Great Grandmother of my 5th Great Grandfather
Pick/Picken Turner who lived in Greenville Co SC during 1830
How that is i dont know resorces from someone else.

They state that Samuel Turners father was Willam Turner.

Note-Samuel Turner is listed in the SC Reg. Roster 943 for the
Rev. WAR He enlisted while residing in the Spartanburg Dist
under Capt. Dickerson and Col. Thomas.

latter under Capt Antony Coulter and was int the Battle with
the Cherokee indians. aft. the fall of Charleston he was under
Col. Roebuck then moved to NC

Fanny was suppost to be his secound wife.

If anyone has any information they could share in regards to
Fanny Lackey and her family-i would greatly appreciate your
help. Thanks Electrafiing@hotmai.com
