Re: posting #22 looking for information about Jette Ledbetter. I have found that his parents were Henry Ledbetter and Nancy Powell Ledbetter. She died giving birth to Jettie March 15, 1876. Henry died soon after. Jettie was raised by his sister, Mollie. He is also known to have a brother named Will. Molly moved to LaGrange, Ga. Don't have her married name. If anyone can shed light on this branch of the family, I'd be grateful.
