Surnames: Tighe; Cuffe
My 3rdGG is Michael Tighe. An 1851 Canadian Census shows he was born abt 1798 and that he immigrated to Canada (New Brunswick) in 1823. His marriage record shows that he was a carpenter as was his father James Tighe. His mother was Sara (or Sarah) Cuffe. The handwritting is difficult to read, but I believe they were from Carrick-on-Shannon, Leitrim, Ireland.
