I am looking for information about Isaac Lemasters he settled on Decker's Creek / Morgantown Virginia now West Virginia. I am finding conflicting information about his fathers name I have seen both Joseph and Isaac. One thing is certain is that the G-father was Richard Lemasters from Charles Co. Maryland. Thanks for any help.
