Levi LEMING
There's a family tree on One Tree at Ancestry that gives a birthdate for Levi Leming of January 29 (I think) 1805. Is that a date off his tombstone? It's the only time I've seen a specific date, and there's no contact name there.
Also, although you may already have this, Levi was living with his son Harrey D. and family in the 1880 census, age 75, in Livingston, Floyd County.
And, someone has to be descended from Harrey D.'s line. I have the names and some dates for his children... he was in Lamar County, Texas in 1900..... The two Leming brothers I asked about in a previous post were Harrey's sons, and married while they were in Texas. Thomas Gaines Lemings and his brother, Jesse B. Lemings.
If someone can verify what I have, I'd sure appreciate hearing from you.
Thanks,
Carlette
