I talked to my father who is Ellen Dent's brother. My grandfather's name is Steve. Kerri is my dad's cousin. I asked him about Edward. According to him, he passed away in the 60's. I don't know if that is your stepfather or not. If so, I am so sorry. My dad also said there is another Leonaitis family in Waukegan that is no relation to us. If you need anymore information, I will do my best to help you find it.

My Dad's name is Walter Leonaitis. His brothers and sisters were Steve, Stan, Edward (Jimmy), Al, Rita, Harriet. They all grew up in North Chicago. Hi Ellen! Their parent's names were Felix and Kazimera (who came from Lithuania). I always was curious about any ancestors they may have had. Nobody seems to know anything.

Ed Leonaitis is my stepfather.

I knew he had a brother Lennie and sister Helen (deceased). I did not know of a brother Steven.
Perhaps different Leonaitis?

I shall ask Ed the next time I visit him in the n. home. His mind is not as sharp as it used to be.
