My Great Grandmother Mildred Elizabeth Kelly was born in Prospect, Butler COunty, PA in 1874. She was raised by a "Grandma Lepley ", that being Virginia "Jennie" Kelly Lepley. I know nothing of Virginia. She could have been my GG Grandmother. All records I have show nothing of Virginia ever having a daughter named Mildred, so I am thinking that maybe Mildred was either raised by a relative, or perhaps she was born out of wedlock to Virginia Kelly.
